Bank Teller

About the role

As a Teller at ANZ Bank in Nukualofa, you will be responsible for handling customers' financial transactions and delivering exceptional service. You will support the branch’s performance by identifying customer needs and referring them to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other banking transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to all customers.
• Identify unmet customer needs and refer them to appropriate sales specialists.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Contribute to branch targets and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑service role, preferably in retail.
• Understanding of compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Good financial acumen and relationship‑management skills.
• Proficiency with computer tools and applications.
